Ajoutez de l&rsquo;anis.<br \/>\n&#8211; Retirez imm\u00e9diatement les hu\u00eetres avec une \u00e9cumoire et r\u00e9servez-les dans un bol au chaud (bain-marie) avec une cuiller\u00e9e de r\u00e9duction pour leur \u00e9viter de se dess\u00e9cher.<br \/>\n&#8211; Hors feu, incorporez petit \u00e0 petit le beurre dans la r\u00e9duction \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet pour obtenir une sauce onctueuse<br \/>\n&#8211; Poivrez !<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><strong>DRESSER LE PLAT :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><br \/>\n&#8211; Disposez un lit de gros sel par assiette, installez-y 6 coquilles creuses et chaudes dans chaque assiette.<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u00e9posez dans chacune d&rsquo;elles une hu\u00eetre, nappez-la de sauce et parsemez-la d&rsquo;une pinc\u00e9e d&rsquo;aneth ou de fenouil.<br \/>\n&#8211; Servez vite vos hu\u00eetres, c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<p><em>Vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer ce plat \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance : il suffira de terminer la sauce avant de servir.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #3300ff;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><strong>LE CONSEIL DE PAULINE :<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #3300ff;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><br \/>\n<em>Servez cette entr\u00e9e avec un Chablis, qui est un vin de Bourgogne.
