vinaigre : \u00bd cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00be de litre de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; Sucre vanill\u00e9 : 1 cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 9 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; un moule \u00e0 charlotte en T\u00e9fal<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><strong>PREPAREZ LE CARAMEL :<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><br \/>\n&#8211; Il sera de couleur roux clair : avec 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau, \u00bd cuiller\u00e9e de vinaigre et 14 morceaux de sucre, faites cuire le tout dans une casserole jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention de la couleur. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><strong>PREPAREZ LA CREME :<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: arial;font-size: 9pt\"><br \/>\n&#8211; Faites chauffer le lait avec le sucre et la vanille. &#8211; Fouetter 4 \u0153ufs et 5 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs dans une jatte et y verser le lait bouillant.<br \/>\n&#8211; Filtrez la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 travers un tamis fin au-dessus du moule.<br \/>\n&#8211;
